 We currently sort more than 600,000 lbs. of mix rags(clothing)/month & employ 40+ people. Unlike most companies who have many different types of quality, we only have 2 (A&B) which we make separately in 100 lbs bales. In a 40' high cube container, we can load 540 bales or 54,000 lbs & we'll take care all the necessary inspection & documentation. We'll even get you the best ocean freight rate possible.
Our 'A' Grade & most popular one, consists of clothing that is good quality, clean, bright colors & light weight and free of stains & minor holes. Clothing that is more worn, has a slight pin hole or has a washable stain, go into our 'B' Quality which we sell at a much reduced price. Grade 'A' is marked with our famous "Orange" label & Grade 'B' with a blue one.
 Our packing for 100 lbs bales is both rock solid & very eye catching. We are one of the few companies that use 7 straps to make our bales which makes it practically impossible for anyone to open them. Then we use a combination of one clear-thick plastic sheet & one clear woven sheet to make the bale look both durable & attractive.
While all of the above are important steps to ensure we give our customers a good quality product, it's not complete untill our quality control department gives us a thumbs up that the bales are checked & approved for bailing.
